The Learning Centre was opened to provide opportunities for promoting Pen Trade history and to encourage activities associated with writing. These include:
- Calligraphy classes and Braille lessons
- Themed workshops for family and community groups
- Educational talks on the Pen Trade
- Genealogy research and projects
- Private hire of the centre for small group meetings (subject to availability)
- A souvenir to take home of your visit from our shop selling Pen Trade memorabilia, calligraphy pens, themed gifts and literature.
